Growing in the

The interior life is a profound journey of growing in union with God through grace. It is a life centered on the Divine Presence within the soul, striving for holiness and deeper communion with Him. This interior transformation is the essence of the Christian vocation, leading the soul towards its ultimate goal of eternal union with God in heaven.

Pursuing Holiness by living an intentional Catholic life oriented towared the four pillars of the spiritual life.

1

The Eucharist: The Source and Summit of the Spiritual Life

The Eucharist is the source and summit of the Catholic faith and is the fount of all virtue precisely because It is Jesus, Himself.
Understanding the reality of Jesus Christ truly and substantially present with us should nurture a deep sense of love, respect, and adoration. He who sacrificed Himself for us on the cross continues today to give Himself wholly and completely to us in the Eucharist.

2

Mary: The Model of the Spiritual Life

In guiding all our hearts, Mary instills virtues and leads each of us in the pursuit of holiness.
Acknowledging her queenship means inviting her maternal influence to reign in our lives, fostering a deep commitment to Christ and His Church. Just as Mary became the Paradise of God, she forms in us the fruit of Christ to distribute to the world.

3

Mental Prayer: Engaging in the Spiritual Life

“Mental Prayer is nothing else than an intimate friendship, a frequent heart-to-heart with Him by whom we know ourselves to be loved.”
Mental prayer is a transformative process that leads to profound spiritual growth. Through it, we rid ourselves of distractions so that we may cooperate with God in the renewing of our minds and prove through our actions “what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” (Romans 12:2)

4

Virtue: The Fruit of the Spiritual Life

The life of virtue is a great journey that calls us to dedicate ourselves to the purification of the soul and its faculties, wounded by the effects of original sin.
Living it means being awake to reality, perceiving the conflict between good and evil within ourselves, and striving to gain the victory with Christ and by His power. The life of virtue is the life of Christ in the soul, and this life is the light of the world.

Pray the Rosary

"Love the Madonna and pray the Rosary, for her Rosary is the weapon against the evils of the world today. All graces given by God pass through the Blessed Mother.”
